We were all shocked to hear that Vine was being shut down in October, but it seems that our prayers have been answered and the app has been revived!

After reporting major cutbacks on staff and limited growth on the app – Vine has now reportedly claimed that they would be bringing back the app… but with a few minor changes.

First of all, it’s no longer a Vine app but a Vine Camera. With this, you’ll be able to make 6-second looping videos and you can either save them to your phone or post them directly onto Twitter.

There will also be a new feature in the coming days where you will also be given the choice to follow your Vine followers on Twitter too, so you can never miss out on the action!

They also announced that you can download all of your Vines from the vine.co website too! So all your previous vines haven’t been lost or deleted – they have all been preserved on the website for you to find.

However do save all of your most treasured vines before the update, otherwise you will lose them! Before it does change, you will be notified, so don’t say you were not warned!
